Please note, the instructions below will ony work in Google Chrome.
1. Load the Dane County Board of Supervisors website (https://board.danecounty.gov/).
2. Scroll down and select “Access the Legislative Information Center.”
3. Using the drop-down menu that shows the commitee names, find the committee you would like to see the agenda/minutes for and select it. Make sure the year field is set to the correct year. Once you find your meeting, select the “Accessible Agenda” hyperlink next to it.
4. A download menu should pop up in the upper right corner of your browser. Select the “Agenda.html” download.
5. After clicking the download and opening the file, hit the three dots in the upper right-hand corner of your browser (this may vary depending on browser type). Select “translate.”
6. The translation menu will appear. To find your language, select the three dots on the translation menu and “choose another language.”
7. A long list of languages will pop up. Scroll to find your language, select it, and the agenda will translate accordingly.
8. Repeat steps 1 through 7 to access translated minutes. In step 3 select "Accessible Minutes".
