I am a proud mother, dedicated public servant, and an avid scientist who believes deeply in the power of community, education, and connection. As a school board member, I am committed to helping create opportunities for every student to learn, grow, and succeed. As a county supervisor, I look forward to continuing and expanding on that work.
Outside of my professional and public service work, I enjoy reading, camping, and spending time with my family. I value lifelong learning, meaningful experiences, and the simple moments that bring people together.
I believe one of the most important skills a person can have is the ability to engage in honest dialogue. Conversation has the power to build understanding, change hearts, and open minds; this belief guides how I serve others and move through the world each day.
Last, but not least, I strive to live by these words: “I am no longer accepting the things I cannot change. I am changing the things I cannot accept.”
