Kerry Marren was born in Milwaukee and spent the better part of her childhood in rural Dane County. After living in several areas of the country, Kerry and her husband Sean moved with their 3 children to Cambridge in the town of Christiana in 2010. Kerry has worked for the Cambridge School District as a paraprofessional in special education, and spent a year working in the Dean’s office at UW Extension. For 9 years, Kerry worked for a statewide, K-12 virtual school as the Family Resource Coordinator where she connected students and families throughout the state of Wisconsin with resources for housing, childcare, legal aid, food access, healthcare, and more. Kerry currently works as the Community Outreach and Communications Coordinator and Food Pantry Coordinator for the Cambridge Community Activities Program (CAP). Kerry is passionate about supporting causes that help the underserved residents of Dane County and has joined the Dane County Board in order to be a voice for those residents as well as all of her constituents in District 37.
